North Pole Line provides prerecorded and generated holiday entertainment calls. It is not a live telephone or emergency service. An adult must create and control an account, provide information they are entitled to use, and supervise a child’s use of the call experience.

You may not use the service to harass, deceive, or submit unlawful or harmful custom message content. Generated messages and voices can be imperfect. Review a call before sharing it with a child when its contents matter to you.

New accounts do not currently include a free call credit. Each generated call uses one credit. Additional consumable credits may be sold through Apple or Google in the app once the store products are available. Prices appear in the store purchase sheet. Store purchase and refund rules apply; a refunded purchase may reduce the account’s credit balance. Unused consumable credits are tied to the account and are removed if the account is deleted.
