tubbawubba.com does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and does not load fonts or scripts from other sites. North Pole Line

North Pole Line is a holiday entertainment service operated for parents and guardians. An adult creates the account and sets up calls. Children do not need to create an account.

Information we use

Account details: the adult’s name, email address, and a password hash.
Call details: a child’s name provided by the adult, selected character and message theme, optional custom message details, scheduled time, generated call script and audio, call status, and credit balance/history.
Purchase details: a random billing account identifier, product identifiers, and purchase/refund events from Apple or Google through RevenueCat. We do not receive full payment card numbers.
Technical details: authentication tokens, IP address and request details in server logs, and error diagnostics when error reporting is configured.
Earlier versions may have stored child and parent phone numbers. The current in-app calling flow does not ask for or store new phone numbers while phone calls are disabled. [[CONFIRM HOW LEGACY PHONE FIELDS WILL BE REMOVED OR DISCLOSED.]]

Why we use it

We use this information to sign adults in, personalize and deliver calls, schedule device reminders, maintain call credits, process purchases, prevent misuse, troubleshoot failures, and respond to support requests. Service providers

Call text and a child’s supplied name may be sent to the configured speech provider to generate audio: [[PRODUCTION_SPEECH_PROVIDER AND ITS PRIVACY LINK]]. RevenueCat processes in-app purchase identifiers and events. Retention and deletion

Call links expire seven days after creation. Audio access links expire after 15 minutes, but generated audio files can remain until account deletion or operational cleanup. The adult can delete the account in the app using Delete Account and password confirmation. This removes account and child records, call history, unused credits, native login tokens, and account media that is not shared with another account. Children
